Ross J. Munsterman

Ross joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2018. He is a general practitioner with focus areas including business corporation law, municipal law, real estate law, landlord/tenant law, estate planning/administration, probate law, and general civil litigation. Ross represents a number of businesses and municipal entities in Macon County as general counsel. During his time with the firm, Ross has litigated a variety of case types including small claims, evictions, breach of contract, and personal injuries.

Ross was raised on a family farm outside of Crescent City, Illinois. Ross moved to Macon County in 2018, and currently resides in Mount Zion with his wife and son. Ross is an active member of the community and was admitted as a member of the Board of Directors for the Decatur chapter of Habitat for Humanity in June of 2020.
